There is no question that an all metal machine will sew smoother, quieter, and heavier than a machine with a plastic body. Today's sewing machine buyers wants a machine with all metal insides, including the frame and gears. Ultimately all metal parts will save the customer extensive repair costs down the line.
When will my new TuffSew machine be shipped after I purchase it? How long do I wait for my machine?
Once you pay, your machine will be shipped the very next business day. If you reside in the West Coast, your machine will arrive in 1 to 3 days. If you reside in the East Coast, your machine will arrive in 4 to 5 days. We ship via Fed Ex ground. Each customer receives a tracking number via email as soon as their machine is picked up by Fed Ex.

If you are sewing heavy duty fabric such as leather, upholstery, sunbrella or any heavy fabric, this machine is right for you. This machine has a built in walking foot for these tough tuff-to-sew layers of fabric. You will be receiving a one year parts warranty and you will also be receiving a 90-day commerical labor warranty. You may ship the machine back to us for complete repair.

The Quilting machine does come with a walking foot attachment. Walking foot attachments are very important because they prevent you from skipping stitches. They produce the purest stitch every time. If you desire a built-in walking foot, either the TuffSew ZigZag or TuffSew Straight Stitch would be right for you!
Does the TuffSew Quilting Machine make buttonholes?
Yes, the Quilting Machine will make an automatic built in, no-turn buttonhole. This means that while you are making the buttonhole, you don’t have to turn the material around in between steps.
Is there a carrying case available for TuffSew machines?
Right now there is a case available for the TuffSew Quilting Sewing machine. It is available on our Accessories page. We are in the process of getting cases built for all of our machines. Check back for daily updates.
