The TuffSew High Speed LockStitch Machine is a full-sized, industrial sewing machine. We are now including a motor and stand with your purchase. When you receive this sewing machine, everything is pretty much assembled. The stand is already put together. The motor and all electrical components are already installed into the stand. All you need to do is drop the machine into the table, and install the light, bobbin winder, and knee lift. The motor is a 1/2 Horsepower motor, which provides 400 watts of power.The TuffSew HighSpeed Lockstitch machine is now a perfect package for any person or business who wants a complete setup.

The TuffSew Lockstitch machine is designed to sew certain materials. These include medium weight cotton, wool, chemical fiber fabrics, leather products, canvas, synthetic materials (biothane and Ohiothane), laminated products, and is great for upholstery work. A walking foot is not included with this machine. It's high speed will run over your material (up to 3/8") with ease.

This industrial sewing machine features a fully adjustable stitch length of between 1 to 8 mm (about 5-16 stitches to the inch), a nice spring loaded reverse lever that allows you to sew in reverse with a flick of the switch. It is also equipped with fully adjustable presser foot tensions, fully adjustable thread tensions, and fully automatic lubrication. The machine also features a knee presser foot lifter down below and a manual presser foot lifter at the back of the machine.

The automatic lubrication of this machine is one of its proudest assets. Once you set the machine up, simply fill the oil pan in the bottom with about a quart of sewing machine oil, and throw away your oil can forever. The machine features a full cycle oil pump and wick lubricators which send oil to the critical friction points on the machine. This machine also has a self-lubricated hook with an adjustable micrometric control valve down below. You may easily adjust this valve to regulate the oil flow to the hook.

The TuffSew HighSpeed Lockstitch Machine has its benefits as well as features. This machine operates smoothly and quietly.
